The Memory Box  2/5 **
                       Eva Lesko Natiello - Mystery/Fiction/Thriller

"A sign of a good day is when the creative process in some form- be it writing, painting, or singing- has pried it's way into the mundane."

The above quote is about the only thing I found enjoyable throughout this entire book. I'm not too sure where all the four star ratings on Goodreads or Amazon are stemming from, unless I completely missed the mark on my comprehension of the book.

The Memory Box...this is one review I am having a hard time writing because I just wasn't into the book, at all. It was messy and boring, manic and cringe-worthy. Suburban mother googles herself only to learn of her sisters death which she has no recollection of even though (spoiler alert) she's responsible. There's tons of "inside her head" dialogue and some of the interactions between her and her family are just silly. In fact, the whole book is just...I'm happy the book was free through Amazon, Kindle.
